PURPOSE: Accept donated furniture from Diversification, Inc., dba Workpointe
BACKGROUND: Diversification, Inc., dba Workpointe has been assisting us with furniture procurement for the New Start Centers. They indicated to us they have a few pieces of furniture that were returned in good shape from other parties that Workpointe would be willing to donate to Snohomish County. This Agreement documents that donation.
