PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 03 to Lincoln Construction.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. entered into an agreement on December 19, 2024, for the construction phase of the Edmonds New Start Center. Change Order 03 reflects the following: (1) credit back for alternative appliances the Contractor found at a lower price and (2) credit back for the Contractor not removing wallpaper that was removed during the moisture remediation process.
