PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Change Order 02 to Lincoln Construction.
BACKGROUND: The County and Lincoln Construction Inc. entered into an agreement on December 19, 2024, for the construction phase of the Edmonds New Start Center. Change Order 02 reflects the following: (1) installation of additional gypsum board that was removed during the moisture remediation process but had not been anticipated at the time of the remodel bid and (2) re-piping of the fire sprinkler system at the first-floor level, the condition was behind drywall at the time of the bid.
