PURPOSE: The purpose of this microservice agreement is for creation of 15 educational videos focused on natural and human-caused hazards in Snohomish County with audio delivered in Spanish and captions in English.

 

BACKGROUND: To help the Hispanic community to be better prepared for natural and human-caused hazards and to ensure that they receive the information in a format that is easy to understand and accessible to all levels of language ability.
