PURPOSE: Determine and set the boundary lines of the Snohomish River Regional Trail for the Wetland Delineation Study
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Parks acquired several parcel strips from Puget Sound Energy to develop a public trail that in the future the County intends to connect to Centennial Trail South. Parks and Recreation has commissioned design consultants named Toole Design, to assist with trail alignment options and development. A boundary survey is required to determine the property boundary lines along the blueberry farms for Toole to conduct a wetland delineation study on County owned property adjacent to the blueberry farms for approximately 2.7 mile area of the future trail.
