EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approved

 

PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Amendment 13 to Ecobrite for Janitorial Services.

 

BACKGROUND: This request is to Expedite. Facilities realized an oversight in the spend of the contract with Ecobrite Services and would like to increase the limit of the contract to align with actual costs spent and for future spends through the life of Amendment 13 and the contract end on March 11,2026. Amendment 13 also adds services to the Airport BOMARC building through the contract end. We have multiple invoices that are awaiting payment once this request is approved.
