PURPOSE: Approval of the Service Contract Competition Waiver Form for APWA Dues Assessment.
BACKGROUND: • American Public Works Association (APWA) serves the entire U.S. APWA provides a variety of services to its member counties, awareness of the latest in Public Works engineering, best practices, training opportunities and certifications and a forum to network. • This service is for APWA Annual Dues. Per SCC.3.04.203 competition for subscriptions, dues, memberships, professional accreditation, and certificates from industry-specific professional and trade organizations can be waived with Executive approval. • Dues for 2025 total $10,112.00
