PURPOSE: Approval of the Service Contract Competition Waiver Form for WSAC Dues Assessment.
BACKGROUND: Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) serves the counties of Washington State. WSAC provides a variety of services to its member counties, awareness of latest innovations in engineering technology, best practices, management systems, software and a forum to network. • This service is for WSAC 2025 Annual Transportation Dues. Per SCC.3.04.203 competition for subscriptions, dues, memberships, professional accreditation and certificates from industry-specific professional and trade organizations can be waived with Executive approval. • Dues for 2025 total $29,549.00
