EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Intergovernmental services between Snohomish County and City of Gold Bar to provide animal transport services through December 31, 2025 for signature by the County Executive or their authorized designee.
BACKGROUND: The City of Gold Bar desires to contract again with Snohomish County for animal transport services, as needed, to the Everett Animal Shelter. Transport services include pick up and transport of impounded animals from the City of Gold Bar to the Everett Animal Shelter. All costs for animals delivered to the shelter by the county on behalf of the City of Gold Bar shall remain the responsibility of the City of Gold Bar. The agreement has been approved as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and was signed by the Mayor of Gold Bar and Snohomish County Auditor.
