PURPOSE: To amend the Grant Deed of Conservation Easement
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to that certain Agreement Between Snohomish County and the Tulalip Foundation Concerning Acquisition of Property with Conservations Futures Funds (the “Agreement”), dated July 23, 2024, by and between the County and the Tulalip Foundation, the Tulalip Foundation purchased the real property (the “Property”). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Tulalip Foundation granted the Easement to the County; The Tulalip Foundation now desires to convey the Property to the Tribe with the Snohomish County Conservation Easement.
