EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: The County Road Administration Board (CRAB) requires this form to be submitted by March 1st every year to maintain funding status for county Public Works departments.
BACKGROUND: WAC 136-150-021 provides that the County Road Administration Board (CRAB) require every county legislative authority to submit a certification showing the amount of the Road Levy fixed and the amount, if any, budgeted in accordance with RCW 36.40.090 for traffic law enforcement and/or any other purpose from diverted Road Levy no later than March 1st of each year. This form is to certify the Snohomish County 2025 Road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produced. The annual certification is signed by the County Executive and the County Engineer and is due to CRAB by March 1st, 2025. Certification will be entirely electronic. After the County Engineer signs the certification, it will be emailed to the Executive’s office for electronic signature.
