PURPOSE: Approve Fee Increase and Additional Funding
BACKGROUND: The county signed an agreement with Maf Cuts on July 22,2022 under RFP 22-013BC to provide barbers services at the Snohomish County Jail. Per the agreement, the contractor may increase fees after 12 months. This amendment increases the fees starting March 1, 2025. In addition, we are requesting an additional $30,000 to fund this agreement until it expires on July 31, 2026. This would increase the not to exceed amount from $50,000 to $80,000 for the term limit extended in amendment 1.
