PURPOSE: Investment funding is being allocated to the WAGRO Foundation as part of the annual Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration which recognizes cultural education, cultural performances and community gathering.
BACKGROUND: The Office of Social Justice has been directed to provide funding to organizations within Snohomish County in support of diversity, equity and inclusion.
