PURPOSE: Execute amendment #8 to contract with Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. for Section 125 Plan third party administration.
BACKGROUND: The County has an agreement in place with Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. to provide third party administration for the flexible spending accounts for dependent daycare and health care expenses. This amendment will continue the agreement through March 31, 2026.
