PURPOSE: To approve the DCNR Signature Authority Delegation Memo
BACKGROUND: Per Executive Order 25-01 the Executive approval authority was delegated to Department Directors, with the ability to further delegate that authority one additional time. A Memorandum is proposed by DCNR Director Tom Teigen to Division Directors Gregg Farris and Sharon Walker delegating approval authority for specific actions related to their respective Divisions. DCNR is requesting review of the Memorandum and Executive approval.
