PURPOSE: The purpose of this microservice agreement is for the award recipient to use funds to provide full scholarships for five individuals to any of Vision Hope’s 5 Washington Alliance for Quality Recovery Residences (WAQRR) certified recovery residences within 24 hours of approval into the Guaranteed Applicant Placement Program (GAP), with a suggested minimum stay of 18 months.
BACKGROUND: Opioids settlement funds are being distributed by Snohomish County directly to community organizations helping those with substance use disorder.
