PURPOSE: The purpose of this agreement is for the award recipient to use funds during phase 1 launch of the Snohomish County Health Engagement Hub (HEH). The funding will be used to provide "In the Works" harm reduction training for Sound Pathways staff, key interns and volunteers as a part of onboarding curriculum for the HEH team.
BACKGROUND: Opioids settlement funds are being distributed by Snohomish County directly to community organizations helping those with substance use disorder.
