EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Click or tap here to enter text.

PURPOSE: To transfer budget authority from one grant program to another in the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

BACKGROUND: The 2024 expenditures for the LEAD Grant Program are $18,486.33 over budget.  A budget transfer is necessary to reconcile the grant program.  The 2024 expenditures for the Financial Fraud and Identity Theft (FFIT) Grant Program are $32,849.43 under budget.  A budget transfer of $25,000 from the FFIT Grant Program to the LEAD Grant Program utilizes existing budget authority to reconcile the grants.
