BACKGROUND: Silver Lake lies withing the boundary of the City of Everett. Snohomish County has provided water quality monitoring services in Silver Lake since 2019. Under the proposed agreement, the City will pay the County a total of $6,724 for lake monitoring services in 2025. Future years shall be determined on an annual basis. The agreement will extend through December 31, 2029. Executive approval is authorized under SCC 3.04.140(1) as this contract for intergovernmental services is for $50,000 or less.
