PURPOSE: The purpose of this microservice agreement is for the award recipient to use funds for four individuals with Opioid Use Disorder to receive bed scholarships to The Murphy House Respite Bed program, providing 90 days of residential medical care in a recovery setting, with a goal of securing long-term housing and income.
BACKGROUND: Opioids settlement funds are being distributed by Snohomish County directly to community organizations helping those with substance use disorder.
