PURPOSE: Amendment to accept additional awarded grant funds from Washington Military Department for State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCPG)
BACKGROUND: ECAF #2024-1518 and Motion 24-288 were approved on 08/28/2024 for Information Technology department to accept the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program through WA Tech and Washington State EMD for one-time investments in strengthening the County's cybersecurity stance. However, our department received an amendment on 12/23/2024 to increase the grant amount from $160,000 to $238,000.
