PURPOSE: 2025 Implementation of Economic Development Strategy
BACKGROUND: In 2023, Snohomish County Economic Development released RFP-23-072BC for qualified firms to develop an economic development strategy for Snohomish County. High Peak Strategy was selected, and throughout 2024 conducted extensive research and partner outreach. The final Economic Development strategy included recommendations for creating a more conducive economic environment for priority industries, businesses, and organizations. The purpose of this new Agreement is to develop an Implementation Plan for the recommendations identified in the Snohomish County Economic Development Strategy.
