PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval on the Assignment, Assumption and Consent Agreement to On-Call Vendor Coffman Engineers.
BACKGROUND: The County and BRC Acoustics & Audiovisual Design entered into an agreement on April 6, 2022 for the On-Call Audio Visual & Acoustic discipline. BRC Acoustics & Audiovisual Design has come under the management of Coffman Engineers, Inc and has transferred all of this type of work to Coffman Engineers, Inc. An Assignment, Assumption agreement was created to show the transfer of BRC Acoustics & Audiovisual Design and replace and of their dealings with the name Coffman Engineers, Inc. from this point forward for the life of the contract.
