PURPOSE: Approve contract with Southwest Adjusters, LLC to provide temporary insurance claims adjustment services for the Risk Division.
BACKGROUND: Due to temporary staffing shortages the Risk Division procured Southwest Adjusters LLC after obtaining three quotes, to perform temporary claims adjustment services for claims against the County.
