EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the County advertising support and services related to a COVID Health Initiative and Savvy Septic Program advertising campaigns. The advertising campaign with The Daily Herald will include a mix of print, digital, and targeted email distribution focused on reaching more than 700,000 people.
BACKGROUND: The Snohomish County Health Department cares for the health of the residents of Snohomish County. As part of this work, the Department provides awareness and resources for residents on a variety of public health topics including COVID vaccines and prevention and the Savvy Septic Program. Work to provide communication to communities is an integral component of the WA Department of Health Consolidated Contract, COVID 19 Vaccine scope of work and the Department of Ecology Water Quality Agreement Savvy Septic Program scope of work.
