PURPOSE: Renew existing agreement with Crisis Connections (Contractor) to provide Snohomish County with countywide data on opioid use as reported by opioid users to Contractor’s helpline service.
BACKGROUND: The Contractor operates an emergency assistance phone line that provides referrals to Washington State residents, that are experiencing substance use disorder, issues with gambling, and issues with mental health. In order to enhance Snohomish County’s opioid response efforts, Contractor will provide de-identified call data around calls for opioid resources. This information will assist the County in identifying countywide trends and hot spots for opioid response.
