PURPOSE: Approval of the Service Contract Competition Waiver Form for WSAC Transportation Dues
BACKGROUND: Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) provides a variety of services to its member counties, awareness of the latest innovations in engineering technology, best practices, management systems, software, and a forum to network. This service is for WSAC Annual Dues. Per SCC 3.04.203 competition for subscriptions, dues, memberships, professional accreditation, and certificates from industry-specific professional and trade organizations can be waived with Executive approval. Dues for 2024 total $28,439.00.
