EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Administrative Budget Change (a reallocation of monies between objects of expenditure within the same appropriation unit (program)) within Parks Construction Fund 309 - Regional Program 46. In total $124,758 will be transferred within the Regional Program 46 to shift funding from the Jordan Bridge 043 DAC to the Flowing Lake 033 DAC, to provide funding to complete the new Flowing Lake Shelter project.
BACKGROUND: Between Regional Program 46 - Transferring $124,758 prior year REET 2 dollars from Jordan Bridge-REET2-Constr Sv (309-51094604326599) to Flowing Lake-REET2-Constr Svcs (309-51094603326599). This is needed to complete the new Flowing Lake Shelter project. No fiscal impact to budget. Internal transfer within Parks Capital Fund 309 only.
