PURPOSE: Amend grant #E22097 with Skagit County to extend performance period and increase the grant amount to hire a temporary worker.
BACKGROUND: In order to prepare the regional response to the FIFA World Cup, Skagit County will hire a temporary worker to facilitate regional planning to ensure operational coordination and communication throughout the event.
