PURPOSE: Permittee to enter approximately 10,845 SF portion of County Parcel, ID No. 30051400101700; to bring the Premises into compliance with chapter 30.62A SCC, including restoration of the disturbed buffer located within the Property to its approximate pre-disturbance condition
BACKGROUND: The Permittee (an owner adjacent to County owned property) installed unauthorized landscaping features, removed trees and vegetation on County trail property. The Permittee agreed to commission an environmental consulting firm to develop a restoration plan and submit it to County Property Management (PM) for consideration and determination. A DCNR biologist reviewed the plans and provided comments. PM edited the proposed plan according to the biologist returned the plans to the Permittee. The Permittee has agreed to restore the County property to its pre-disturbance condition under the supervision of the environmental consultant and engineers that includes a 5 year monitoring plan by the Permittee.
