PURPOSE: Approve and sign agreement with Public Health - Seattle & King County (PHSKC) for firearm safe storage device giveaway.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is to support firearm safe storage device distribution events in communities across Washington. The Health Department will plan and host popup firearm safe storage device giveaways within Snohomish County. PHSKC will provide up to 100 lockboxes and up to 100 trigger locks for event(s) in addition to this cost reimbursement. Appropriate costs include additional storage devices, staffing, space, handouts, data access, tabling fees, and other costs related to event planning and execution.
