PURPOSE: To approve the revised DCNR Director’s Memo that delegates signature authority to SWM and Parks Directors.
BACKGROUND: Per Executive Order 24-02 the Executive approval authority was delegated to Department Directors, with the ability to further delegate that authority one additional time. A Revised Memorandum is proposed by DCNR Director Tom Teigen to Division Directors Gregg Farris and Sharon Walker. DCNR is requesting review of the Memorandum and Executive approval, if in agreement with the action.
