PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Amendment 1 to the Facilities On-Call contract RFQ-009-21DW, with Coffman Engineers, Inc.
BACKGROUND: Facilities entered into an On-Call contract with Coffman Engineers, Inc. under RFQ-009-21DW on April 6, 2022. On September 25, 2024, Council signed Motion 24-394 allowing Facilities to adjust the amounts for individual disciplines within the On-Call contract, while not increasing the $13,750,000 NTE on the whole of the contract. Some disciplines increased while others were lowered. Mechanical Engineering Services went from an allowed amount of $1,000,000 decreasing to $500,000 for the remainder of the contract. Facilities is requesting this discipline decrease to be signed for Coffman Engineers.
