PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Amendment 3 to the Facilities On-Call contract RFQ-009-21DW, with The Greenbusch Group, Inc.
BACKGROUND: Facilities entered into an On-Call contract with The Greenbusch Group, Inc. under RFQ-009-21DW on April 6, 2022. On September 25, 2024, Council signed Motion 24-394 allowing Facilities to adjust the amounts for individual disciplines within the On-Call contract, while not increasing the $13,750,000 NTE on the whole of the contract. Some disciplines increased while others were lowered. Audio Visual & Acoustic Services went from an allowed amount of $200,000 increasing to $450,000 for the remainder of the contract. Facilities is requesting this discipline increase to be signed for The Greenbusch Group.
