EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:
PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Amendment 2 to the Facilities On-Call contract RFQ-009-21DW, with WJA PLLC
BACKGROUND: Facilities entered into an On-Call contract with WJA PLLC. under RFQ-009-21DW on April 6, 2022. On September 25, 2024, Council signed Motion 24-394 allowing Facilities to adjust the amounts for individual disciplines within the On-Call contract, while not increasing the $13,750,000 NTE on the whole of the contract. Some disciplines increased while others were lowered. Architectural Services went from an allowed amount of $3,500,000 increasing to $4,950,000 for the remainder of the contract. Facilities is requesting this discipline increase to be signed for WJA PLLC.
