PURPOSE: To approve a 10th extension of 10 extensions allowed per the original agreement for software upgrades and support with FASTER Asset Solutions
BACKGROUND: Fleet Services Division uses FASTER Asset Solutions web-based Fleet Management System (FMS) to manage the Equipment Rental & Revolving (ER&R) program’s assets and inventory, preventive maintenance and work order scheduling, reporting, technician interface and customer billing interface. These functions are critical to the ER&R program and County operational successes. The Software Upgrades and Support Agreement allows for an extension period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. This is the last extension per the original contract approved by Motion 14-205.
