EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Approving Amendment No. 2 for Sultan School District to pay for improvements to the Startup Event Center that it owns, on parcels 00582500100000, 00582500800000 and 28083500401600 in Sultan, WA. Attachment C (“Project Description”) is updated to include removal of two hazardous trees near the sport court.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Council approved adopted Ordinance 22-001 on February 23, 2022; making supplemental appropriation the General Fund 002 to provide expenditure authority for unanticipated funds the 2022 budget. Funding provided from the County to the Sultan School District will be in the amount of $100,000.00 subject to the terms of the agreement.
