PURPOSE: To grant a temporary permit for Rhody Ridge Foundation’s consultant to enter the Park and perform landscape and gardening work.
BACKGROUND: GRANTOR (Snohomish County) is the owner of real property known as Rhody Ridge Park, situated in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington, the GRANTEE has been contracted by the Rhody Ridge Foundation to perform services upon the Property, Year-round and seasonal landscaping, irrigation system and other miscellaneous gardening tasks. Working with various species and projects across multiple dates throughout the year.
