PURPOSE: This form allows the County to waive competition requirements for materials and labor to repair county equipment.
BACKGROUND: Parks maintenance department requires repairs to equipment NB83, Model VST4000-1, Serial number Y9565. The work consists of rebuilding inner boom and extension assembly which includes removing inner boom from outer boom and replacing all the hoses.
