PURPOSE: Signature for amendment to CLFR-116A-, reducing contract maximum.
BACKGROUND: COVID-19 caused significant workforce impacts in Snohomish County and local employment has yet to return to pre-pandemic levels. An estimated 8,400 fewer people are working today than at the start of the pandemic. On November 21, 2023 the County signed an agreement with Workforce Snohomish for $1,500,000. This amendment is to reduce the contract maximum to $1,252,984 and replace Exhibit B, Exhibit C, and Exhibit F.
