PURPOSE: To approve and executive sponsorship agreement with High Road Promotions LLC for the 2024 Evergreen State Fair
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is to coordinate payment from the Sponsor to the County for the promotion and advertising of the Sponsor by the County during the County’s annual Evergreen State Fair. SCC 2.32.160 is new, and has not yet been delegated to the Directors, so we are putting this forward for Executive signature per the new code. The sponsor will pay $7,500 in cash. See schedule A for details.
