EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To approve and executive sponsorship agreement with Sound Equipment Rentals and Sale Inc. for sponsorship of the 2024 Evergreen State Fair.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is to coordinate payment and/or trade in-kind from the Sponsor to the County for the promotion and advertising of the Sponsor by the County during the County’s annual Evergreen State Fair. SCC 2.32.160 is new, and has not yet been delegated to the Directors, so we are putting this forward for Executive signature per the new code. The sponsor will provide in-kind Equipment for trade amount valued at $4,854.95 and the County will trade marketing and fair passes. No cash will be exchanged. See schedule A for details.
