EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To approve and executive sponsorship agreement with Macaroni Kid for advertising and sponsorship of the 2024 Evergreen State Fair.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is to coordinate payment and/or trade in-kind from the Sponsor to the County for the promotion and advertising of the Sponsor by the County during the County’s annual Evergreen State Fair. SCC 2.32.160 is new, and has not yet been delegated to the Directors, so we are putting this forward for Executive signature per the new code. The sponsor will provide in-kind marketing and advertising in the amount of $625 and the County will pay $400 cash for a total value of $1,025. See schedule A for details.
