PURPOSE: To determine the market rental rate for a cell tower facility lease at Willis Tucker Community Park
BACKGROUND: Parks and Recreation has been approached by cellular carriers to rent space at various Park locations. Parks and Recreation is considering the feasibility of allowing for cellular tower leases which will help dead zones in certain County areas including unreserved communities while generating revenue to fund Park programs
