EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: To approve and executive sponsorship agreement ValPak Direct Marketing Systems, LLC for 2024 Evergreen State Fair.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is to coordinate payment and/or trade in-kind from the Sponsor to the County for the promotion and advertising of the Sponsor by the County during the County’s annual Evergreen State Fair. SCC 2.32.160 is new, and has not yet been delegated to the Directors, so we are putting this forward for Executive signature per the new code. The sponsorship in-kind trade value is $2,700, and the County will pay $1,500 in cash for a total cost of $4,200. See schedule A for details.
