EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:
PURPOSE: Executive Director’s signature on attached letter of support for upcoming grant submission.
BACKGROUND: The Facilities and Fleet Department is preparing a grant application for State funds for replacing externa stucco and modernizing the mechanism that runs the clock of the bell tower at the Mission Building. A letter of support from the Executive’s Office is required to be submitted for this grant’s deadline of June 30, 2024.
