PURPOSE: Administrative Budget Change (a reallocation of monies between objects of expenditure within the same appropriation unit (program)) within Parks Construction Fund 309 - Support Program 49. In total $335,122 will be transferred within Support Program 49 to shift funding from the General Improvement 050 DAC to the new Healthy Forest Initiative 076 DACs, to keep clear tracking of the LCI-Healthy Forest expenditures separate from other General Improvements activities.
BACKGROUND: Between Support Program 49 - Transferring $335,122 prior year OTHER FUND dollars from Gen Imprvmnts-Other-Land (309-51094905056101) to Healthy Forest-Other-Salaries, Extra Help, Benefits, Supplies, Prof Svcs and Mileage (309-51094907651011, 1500, 2013, 3101, 4101, 4303). This is needed to help clear up confusion with reporting expenditures for Healthy Forest Initiative and keep them separate from other General Improvements Expenditures. It was originally entered in the General Improvements 050 subprogram 309-51094905056101 (Gen Imprvmnts-Other-Land), but it's too hard to separate out for reporting purposes, so we created a new 076 subprogram specific to Healthy Forest Initiative.
