PURPOSE: The purpose of this agreement with Shannon & Wilson is to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Limited Phase II ESA for the C-70 lease area.
BACKGROUND: .
• Snohomish County Public Works entered into Agreement No. OCC23/2-7.8(BF) with Shannon & Wilson on July 24, 2023 for On-Call Consultant Services for Environmental Site Assessments.
• Seattle Paine Field Airport selected Shannon & Wilson after conducting interviews of all the available On-Call consultants.
• Shannon & Wilson will perform a Phase I ESA and Limited Phase II of the C-70 lease area due to tenant turnover.
• This Agreement is NTE $47,600.69 and was reviewed and found contract compliant by Public Works Contracting Division.
