BACKGROUND: Snohomish County is applying for a federal grant from the US DOT Active Transportation Infrastructure Investment Program to complete planning and design of the Snohomish River Regional Trail project. The grant application includes submittal of several standard federal forms. This form, SF-LLL Disclosure of Lobbying Activities, is one of them.
