PURPOSE: Obtain approval of Amendment No. 1 for contract with Team Soapbox for the Office of Social Justice community outreach to increase in compensation for continued outreach.
BACKGROUND: The Office of Social Justice has contracted with Team Soapbox to conduct outreach with BIPOC organizations throughout Snohomish County. This effort has been successful and requires additional work to meet the objectives. Team Soapbox was chosen as part of a verbal quote process and this work is a continuation of the original agreement.
